Executive Board
Meet our Executive Board for 2023-2024! The executive board works with all members of the club from newly recruited ACs to veteran SCs in order to ensure PIIC is achieving its mission in global impact. Additionally, the board’s focus and vision are focused on fostering a unique community and PIIC Family through fun social events throughout the year!
Senior Consultants
Throughout the course of the year, our SCs will work in pairs with a team of Associate Consultants. All of our SCs have at least one year of experience as a PIIC consultant, and they have all demonstrated the capacity to lead a team and complete exceptional work on behalf of an NGO client. These SCs will use their prior consulting experience and learned business acumen to help guide the ACs through both the off-site and on-site phases. Our SCs have scoped projects over the summer, and they will oversee deliverables execution, spearhead client interactions, and be the central liaisons between PIIC and our NGO clients.
Associate Consultants
Our Associate Consultants work together in teams of 4-6 students closely with clients to meet their goals. Throughout the year, ACs work on a comprehensive set of deliverables on topics from product and marketing strategy, to financial modeling and data analysis.

Active Members
After SCing, many of our members are still active in the PIIC community and join on as either Senior Mentors, Committee Heads, or active members. A true testament to the close-knit PIIC community, many of our members are active throughout their time at Penn up until graduation and beyond!
