Ya'axche Conservation Trust | 2016
Constructed an updated pricing model and marketing plan for Ya'axche's ecotourism division, conducted agroforestry crop and market research, assessed and developed conservation education strategy

Chile

Fundación SNP | 2013, 2014, and 2015
Evaluated local cultural tourism market and created a tourism development strategy with a corresponding marketing implementation plan

Partners for Andean Community Health | 2023
Conducted a needs assessment and pitch deck development for a residency program, identified key areas of strengths and improvement for proceeding with a medical specialization program. Analysis included financial projections, current legal infrastructure, and community needs.

Constructed a financial model, conducted market analysis, and developed a sales and marketing strategy for RPT's PASE project

Yad Art | 2020
Produced a robust e-commerce strategy to aid in Yad’s ambition of growing into other markets, particularly the US. Developed a marketing strategy tailored to Yad’s target customer and an impact assessment deliverable for the purposes of internal measurement and donor support.

Devised launch plan for LOOP to successfully manufacture and deploy lover 40,000 Tupperware containers across the nation to eliminate the use of single-use plastics.

Conducted competitor analysis to discover best practices for their operations, digital media improvements, and brand management to expand their operations into family medicine.

Researched strategic partnerships, conducted primary research on emerging markets, and integrated financial projection analytics into a 5 year business plan for agricultural enterprises

Helped improve grant writing process + fundraising strategies, strengthening external relations with partners, creating a new development plan, optimizing internal communication and team dynamics. Created a volunteer association, drafted a business plan to strategize the expansion of the organization-funded school, and integrated the women’s credit union cooperative into the existing operations of the nonprofit.

Refined app pitches, worked on app pricing models, identified fundraising strategies, and researched mentor payment structures. Conducted case studies on existing app users, created investor pitch decks and generated financial models

Built 10-year financial cost model and market expansion strategy to transition public transportation from diesel to electric for the municipal governments of Lagos, Nigeria and Nairobi, Kenya. Conducted research on early adoption strategies for electric motorcycles, securing UPenn’s Kleinman Energy Grant and presenting findings to UN’s 2021 African Summit

Created a business plan for value-added walnut processing to help local communities secure a stable source of income and expand employment opportunities for women in the region

Developed a marketing and fundraising strategy. Piloted M&E field surveys in local villages and conducted a cost analysis to better estimate the cost of supporting an orphan in the Gambia

Provided financial analysis to review main sources of profits and losses, created alumni database to keep track of student success, developed marketing strategies to attract volunteers and donors, and completed financial projections

Created sponsorship packet, formulated policies to allow for impact assessment, created more efficient budgeting system, developed plan for internal communication

Green Camel Bell | 2020
Developed a business plan for handicrafts in Maqu that enabled local herders to decrease their reliance on yaks whose grazing has contributed to the environmental decline. Identified another stream of revenue through ecotourism, and produced several case studies

Developed strategy recommendations for OML’s long-term sustainability plan through refining the existing marketing and business development efforts.

ASSIST | 2023
Analyzed bamboo market for product launch, including GTM strategy, revenue analysis, and pricing strategy. Created lesson plan modules to equip mango farmers with skills in finance and management.

Prepared hard launch of project IIX Values and Impact Partners 3.0 in the US and performed outreach for IIX at National University of Singapore using market research, competitor analysis, and social media strategy

Developed community-based programs to mitigate the conflicts between farmers in rural regions and migrating elephants. Aided research, conservation, and protection of endangered wildlife

Wildlife and Nature Protection Society | 2023
Created a publicity campaign to raise awareness about human elephant conflict, conducted market research on international organization partnerships, and created/launched a new website for the Plant Initiative

Rikolto| 2023
Conducted supply chain analysis and market strategy to help dispatch the smooth entry of products into local markets. Led a Food Smart Cities campaign to analyze best practices for implementation of the program in urban and marginalized communities.

Cambodian Children’s Fund | 2020
Developed market expansion strategy for international NGO and launched a new product in social replication models. Conducted academic research and analyzed case studies to optimize integration plan to expand CCF’s impact.
